Structured Cancellation Framework
- Booking cancellations initiated before executing a physical contract require a formal written request sent to our office or via email; cancellations handled post-agreement are strictly governed by the clauses within your physical contract.
Verified Bank-Only Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed safely via Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS) back to the original applicant's bank account within 15 to 30 business days, maintaining a strict zero-cash policy to eliminate third-party malpractice.
